Math lab

The Aryabhatta Math lab is based on the three pillars of imagination, investigation and interaction.

It offers Multiple Teaching and Learning Aids as well as a complete theme based ambience which helps students to visualize and feel mathematics. It is a place where students can learn and explore mathematical concepts and verify mathematical facts and theorems through a variety of activities using different materials.

These activities may be carried out by the teacher or the student to explore, to learn, to stimulate interest and develop favorable attitude towards mathematics.

Science Lab

The school has well-designed separate science labs for Physics, Chemistry and Biology Labs.

• Darwin Biology lab
• Homi Baba Physics lab

They are fully equipped as per the guidelines laid by CBSE. These Labs facilitate firsthand experience of learning different concepts of science & in developing scientific reasoning through experiments. This is line with our philosophy of learning by doing.

Computer Lab

Information Technology has become an integral part of our daily life. At our School we have reposed its importance by having computer labs in the junior and senior wing of the School. The junior computer lab and the Bill Gates Sr. Computer Lab have a total number of 30 systems each.

Students are provided with computer education right from the lower primary level. Our computer lab is well equipped with the latest high end systems and internet facility. Students are taught software like Java, C++, Tux Pain, Logo, MS-Office etc. It maintains an ideal student-machine ratio of 1:1.

Dance

Guru Kelucharan was an Indian classical dancer, guru, and proponent of Odissi dance, who is credited for the revival of the classical dance form in the 20th century. As a salutation to the great personality we built the Guru Kelucharan Dance Lab in the School campus. Younger dancers begin with classes such as aerobics/Yoga or Turn! Jump! Leap! which explore movement and teach the basics of dance and class etiquette. As kids get older, they begin the understanding of working towards injecting the choreography with their own experiences and feelings to give their moves more emotional depth and find a method of expression that can't be stolen.

Music

In affirmation with our adopted theory of Multiple Intelligences by Dr. Howard Gardener, we work on the overall development of our students. Music education is an important component of the school education years of a child, the benefits of which have been largely documented. We have five music labs in our School catering to the likes and interests of our students.

Drawing

Art is a popular subject that encourages individual to explore and develop their creative potential. It helps our students to unleash the inner budding artist in them - and better understand ART as a subject and not a mere hobby. The school has an art lab having facility for drawing, painting, sculpture, pottery and fabric design that serves as a workout session for the imagination prowess of our students. A well trained staff member works throughout the year to nurture the talent of children.

Swimming Pool

Two expedient swimming pools adorn the campus of SAI International School which is a huge hit among both our senior and junior students. Both of these pools are well designed and spotlessly maintained round the year. Once a week the students of all the classes are taken for their swimming class and in addition to this the students are allowed to use the pools at specific time. For the convenience of our students lockers and shower cubicles are installed.

Yoga

Health plays an important role in every field of life and to maintain a healthy body and a healthy mind, the right balance of Exercise and meditation is a pre requisite. Keeping in mind the health and fitness of its students, the School provides a state-of-the-art gymnasium within the campus. Instructors and trainers are available throughout the day to train the students. A number of floor exercises, stretching exercises are done in the gymnasium to keep the physical well being of our students in check.

Sports

RBIS Sports Academy brings a new and innovative approach to the delivery of sporting qualifications and our ethos is to provide a level of excellence in providing theory and practical knowledge in sports education. The training imparted fundamentally gives an insight into elementary skills to the participants. Students are given training in various disciplines like Cricket, Football, Tennis, Badminton etc.

Transport

RBIS has a fleet of buses that reach most parts of the city. On each bus we have a GPS surveillance and communication system with Live Tracking, Real-Time Alerts and Event Logs. Drivers of the buses are trained and monitored to ensure the safety of each child. Every bus also has a female attendant who is there throughout the journey. In addition, RBIS staff is also present on the school buses. A student using the school bus is expected to be at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival of the bus.
